Open outlook and find the “Tools” toolbar. Select “Accounts” from the drop down menu
Click on the “Add” button on the top right corner and select “Mail”
Put the name you would like people receiving e-mail from you to see in this box. When done hit the next button.
On this page put in your e-mail address.
Leave the server type as POP3. Incoming mail server is yourdomain.com
The outgoing mail server is supplied by your ISP. Contact your ISP for its name. If you have road runner in Austin use smtp-server.austin.rr. com for your outgoing mail server
On this page enter the user name and password we supplied you when we set up your e-mail. Call us at one of the numbers below if you do not know them.
I always recommend you select LAN on this page so that outlook does not hang up and then dial up to check your mail when you are already on- line. Click next and you are all done setting up your e-mail.
